Brenda has been with Ericsson since 1994 and is responsible for Business & Solutions Creation for Ericsson's Service Delivery Framework (SDF) in USA & Canada. Brenda creates new business through innovative and profitable end-user focused solutions and implementation strategies. Brenda provides leadership in multi-network service architectures, service orchestration in IMS, SOA, & Web 2.0 environments, and end-to-end policy management.

Brenda has 22 years experience in product development and systems engineering in computer and communications systems and has a patent in automated service provisioning.

Dr. Brenda Connor holds a B.S. and a M.S in Computer Engineering from Boston University, and a PhD in Engineering Management
