Paula Bernier, Editor-in-Chief for xchange Magazine (a Virgo Publishing property) is a 17-year telecommunications reporting veteran. She has led the editorial effort at xchange for more than a decade, having at times simultaneously served as editor for sister publications including New Telephony, PHONE+ and Sounding Board.

Prior to joining Virgo, Paula was a senior writer at Inter@ctive Week magazine. She got her st art in telecom at Telephony magazine, where she worked for five years, leaving as the news director.

Paula also has worked at a reporter for mainstream newspapers in Iowa, South Carolina and the Twin Cities. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
